No special access issues
Approach: The quarry lies just to the east of the B6521 between Fox House and Grindleford, approximately 1.6km from the junction with the A6187 Sheffield to Hathersage road. There is parking for a couple of vehicles in a lay-by on the left-hand side of the road (heading downhill). Do not block access to the gate! If the lay-by is full, park on a grassy verge about 50m down the road, on the right. From the gate in the lay-by follow a footpath into the quarry (1 minute).
