No special access issues
Use the parking of Hiekkahelmi in Paimio. The official address is Valtatie 589 Paimio, but the road that takes you there is named Hiekkahelmentie. From the main parking, walk to the parking for disabled people (blue squares on the ground) and turn right on a wide trail. Very shortly, choose between two approach trails, the red is a bit faster but not that easy while the purple trail is easier to follow and also easier on your legs.
The top of the crag can be accessed quite easily from either side of the crag (the northern approach trail actually takes you there).
