A huge single boulder with solid landings. The stone quality is generally good. All the routes are safe to climb with two to three pads and a spotter is recommended due to the hight. Most of the lines top at the hight of 5m.
Access is really easy. There is a parking spot just on the other side of Vääksyntie for two cars. In addition there is a road on the western side of the boulder which can be accessed by turning to Rapalantie and then past the trash/dumbster area.
There is a summer cottage near the boulder so please keep the area clean and respect the locals by keeping the noise to a minimum.
trivia: If driving from the south through Vääksy there is a wonderful restaurant called Kanavan Kunkku which is a perfect place to stop on the way. Sysmä is also really close by.
Yksittäinen suuri boulderi solideil ländeil. Kivenlaatu on yleisesti hyvää. Kaikki reitit on turvallisii kiivetä 2-3 pädillä ja spotteri on hyvä olla mukana reittien korkeuden vuoksi. Suurin osa linjoista toppaa 5 m korkeudes.
Lähestyminen on todella helppo. Vääksyntien toisella puolella noin 30m päässä boulderista on parkki kahdelle autolle. Lisäksi crägin länsipuolella on toinen parkki, joka on saavutettavissa kääntymällä rapalantieltä roskisalueen läpi pienemmälle tielle.
Kiven lähellä on kesämökki joten olkaa hyvä ja pitäkää alue siistinä ja kunnioittakaa paikallisii olemalla hiljaa.
Trivia: Jos ajat etelästä Vääksyssä on mahtava rafla nimeltä Kanavan Kunkku, joka on täydellinen paikka pysähtyy syömään matkalla crägille. Sysmä on myös ihan vieressä.
