Special rules
Please park considerately and avoid blocking farm access. If the small roadside parking is full, use the parking at Smedsgården Hotel. Respect local landowners and keep noise low near the fields.
How to drive & parking
From road Rv7 in Hallingdal, turn off towards Smedsgården Hotel. Instead of driving all the way up to the hotel, keep right and follow the gravel road north for about 300 m until the end. Park here without obstructing access. Alternative parking is available at the hotel.
How to reach the sectors on foot
From the parking, follow the partly overgrown forest road to the left of the field. After about 100 m, the road makes a 90-degree right turn. Continue until you see a trail branching off to the right, marked with a small cairn. Follow this path uphill for 0.8 km to reach the base of the wall.
About 15 minutes in total.
