Accessinfo:
Tidal information: Most routes can be started from high tide ledges.
Variable bird restriction on Deep Throat and adjacent routes – usually lifted by the end of June. The routes Galactic Co-ordinator and Star Control are sometimes unaffected, if approached by direct abseil, although there may be a nest in the line of the abseil.
Approach:
Continue a couple of hundred metres past the second fence from the St Govan’s car park and cut across to the cliff-top shortly before the prominent grassy headland of Crickmail Point. It is helpful to view the cliff from the west to locate the start of Pigs on the Wing and the popular line of Galactic Co-ordinator, which bounds the main upper prow on the left.
