Description

There is al of climbing in the area of Tumlehed, both bouldering and rope climbing. Here you will find the biggest crag and most documented crag for rope climbing. This crag is also known as Lottkärr.

ASPECT AND CLIMATE
The crag is facing south and gets all the sun. Some of the routes may still dry slowly due to the shade form the trees and some seepage. There are a lot of thorn bushes at the base of the crag.

THE ROUTES
The routes are mostly slabby or vertical. There are both bolted, mixed and naturally protected routes at the crag. There are only 2 lower-offs in Tumlehed. Most routes except the newest ones are rather easy. Not much is known about the old routes, go explore!

History

There is no information regarding most of the routes at the crag but most probably they were established during 1990's. The four hardest routes at the far right were all bolted during 2020.
