We like The Smoke Bluffs
Wyatt Soutzo
It has something for everyone, the rock has a unique texture
Drew LaPlante
The Smoke Bluffs is in the Squamish area. This dense area is full of single pitch and multi-pitch bolted and trad routes! Boulders scatter the area, but with the amount of lines covering the area, I dont know how you could get around to everything! The rock is more slabby, but still Squamish beautiful! The routes range cfrom 5.4 to 5.14, with tons of new developments still going up. The beautiful trails surrounding this area weave through dense forest, uncovering new crags at every turn! Be weary however as The Smoke Bluffs are in a residential neighborhood, and there is a mutual respect between the owners and the climbers. A great place to set up tons of top ropes, and or do tons of lead routes in a day!
