The Beach

The area is access sensitive!

Part of Topside, so same rules apply as for the rest of Table Mountain National Park. Best to park either on Boyes Drive (though there are sometimes break ins), or park in Muizenberg and walk up to Boyes drive. You can either walk up Bailey's Kloof above the Shark Spotters, or up from the start of the Pecks Valley trail then left along the contour path. Walk up towards St James peak, then start up the Mimetes valley trail. You can see the boulder from the main Mimetes trail.
