The name Techo Infinito comes from the almost infinite possibilities for new line combinations in the roof. A wide variety of sit starts lead to a wide variety of top outs. So bring enough endurance, there is a lot to do!
🧗♂ The roof offers varied climbing in a roof that overhangs by up to 5m on good quality rock! The climbing is mostly athletic, strong, enduring, but also fingery in some parts. The grades vary between 6B and 8A (?). The landing is very good and always flat. At the highest point (top out) the height is no more than 3.5m. As the roof is nevertheless very large, it is advisable to bring as many pads as possible so that you can climb all the lines and don't have to constantly reposition the pads :-)
📡 Download the topo before you go! There is no reception at the roof!
🪨 The rock is typical for Alcaniz sandstone and the quality is really good! Since the roof is still new, be a bit more careful, as holds always can break.

☀️ On hot / sunny days we can recommend the roof to 100%, as it is always in the shade!
🌧 After rainy days be careful as it is excatly next to the river. If the rain is heavy, give some days to dry, as the roof never gets sun and is also sheltered from the wind.
👨👩👧👦 For families with children we would not really recommend the roof, but that depends on you.
🏹 There is no restriction due to hunting as it is public land next to the river.
❗️IMPORTANT NOTICE❗️
Typical for Alcaniz, the sandstone is very brittle after rain, even if it looks dry on the surface, this is very often still wet inside and therefore tends to break very quickly! Shady boulders dry especially slow, sometimes they are still wet after several days. Please do NOT climb directly after rain!

El nombre Techo Infinito procede de las posibilidades casi infinitas de nuevas combinaciones de líneas en el techo. Una amplia variedad de sit starts conducen a una gran variedad de top outs. Así que trae suficiente resistencia, ¡hay mucho que hacer!
🧗♂ La azotea ofrece escalada variada en un techo que sobresale hasta 5 m en roca de buena calidad. La escalada es sobre todo atlética, fuerte y resistente, pero también digerible en algunas partes. Los grados varían entre 6B y 8A (?). El aterrizaje es muy bueno y siempre llano. En el punto más alto (top out), la altura no supera los 3,5 m. Sin embargo, como el techo es muy grande, es aconsejable llevar el mayor número posible de almohadillas para poder escalar todas las líneas y no tener que cambiar constantemente de posición las almohadillas :-)

🪨 La roca es típica de la arenisca de Alcañiz y la calidad es realmente buena. Como el techo es todavía nuevo, ten un poco más de cuidado, ya que los agarres siempre se pueden romper.

☀️ ¡En los días calurosos / soleados podemos recomendar el techo al 100%, ya que siempre está a la sombra!
🌧 En días de lluvia hay que tener cuidado, ya que está justo al lado del río. Si llueve mucho, deja que se seque unos días, ya que el tejado nunca recibe el sol y además está protegido del viento.
👨👩👧👦 Para familias con niños no recomendaríamos la azotea, pero eso depende de cada uno.
🏹 No hay ninguna restricción debido a la caza, ya que es terreno público junto al río.
❗️AVISO IMPORTANTE❗️
Típico de Alcañiz, la arenisca es muy quebradiza después de la lluvia, incluso si parece seca en la superficie, muy a menudo está todavía húmeda en el interior y por lo tanto tiende a romperse muy rápidamente. Los cantos rodados sombreados se secan con especial lentitud, a veces siguen húmedos después de varios días. Por favor, NO escale directamente después de la lluvia.
