Description

This prominent rocky peak of the Súľovské skaly currently offers climbing opportunities in three sectors: Jaskynka, Pes, and Hniezdo. Other sectors near the summit remain closed due to nature protection.

The open sectors provide high-quality climbing that makes the longer approach worthwhile. Nestled in the shade of the forest, they offer pleasant conditions even on warmer days. With their proximity to a popular hiking trail and scenic viewpoint, you can also enjoy moments of peaceful relaxation after climbing. Whether you're seeking challenging routes or technical lines, there's something here for everyone.

History

This iconic peak also holds a rich climbing history. The first recorded ascents were made by German soldiers between 1940 and 1945, climbing cracks then rated 5+ A1.
