No special access issues
From Kalmar "Sulan" is a 35 minutes drive via Påryd.
🚗 Kalmar -> Påryd: Take E22 south west in the direction of Malmö/Karlskrona. After about 11 km take the exit towards Påryd/Tvärskog, take the third exit in the roundabout towards Påryd and follow road 520 until you reach Påryd.
🚗 Påryd -> Strömby -> Sulan: Drive through Påryd and take a left turn towards Torsås. In the next intersection turn left towards Strömby. After 6 kilometers when you reach Strömby, turn right in the intersection. After 1.6 km there is white house on the left hand side and a small gravel road to the right. Turn right and follow the small road for 300 meters where there is a small old forest road on the right hand side where one car can park.
🚶 To reach Sulan from the parking walk along the small forest road for about 80 meters where you turn left into the forest. Walk in the forest with the old clear-cut on your left side for about 200 meters where there is a small hill in the left with a couple of boulders. Sulan is on the other side. See approach path on the map.
🚶 For the south boulders you follow the small forest road about 250 meters until you see a boulder in the forest on you right side. Leave the road and walk south past the boulder and to the small hill at the edge of the forest. The boulders are at the other side of the hill.

• Follow "Allemansrätten".
• Be very careful to not hurt tree plants or other sensitive vegetation.
• Drive carefully and park where you don't block access for other vehicles.
• Do not litter.
• Keep a low profile.
• Remove tick marks and excessive chalk on holds.
• Be observant of any hunting in the area. If there is hunting going on then do not climb. Avoid the area during the first week(s) of elk hunting season which starts October 8.
