Idyllic spot with quality rock and easy top outs. Access and conditions are dependent on tide and wave height.
Sheltered from most winds, except northerly winds.
Some winter storms move the rockbed so that the entire bowl fills up - other storms take them away. I.e. boulders may vary naturally from year to year.
Description
History
It began with an image. A single photograph of a striking, almost unreal outcrop surfaced, demanding attention and refusing to be ignored. There was no plan, only inevitability.
Less than a week later, the decision had already been carried out. It was February — deep winter — yet seasons have never held much authority over obsession. In defiance of cold, tide, and reason, the rock was approached and climbed. Not because conditions were forgiving, but because the moment allowed no delay.
Thus, the crag was born: not discovered, but answered.
