  • Sit start in the two sidepulls(this may require an extra pad under you), follow the face upwards in a rather direct line.
  • Sit start with both hands in the sidepull. Follow the crack up till linking up with 'Heel and Toes'
  • Sit start in sidepull(Same as ***). Classic!
