Sørfugløy bouldring

The area is access sensitive!

❗Fra 15. pril til 31. juli er all ferdsel over 60 m.o.h. forbudt❗

❗All the bouldering on this part of the island lies within a nature reserve with an abundenace of rare birdlife. From April 15. to July 31. all activity in the reserve is forbidden from 60 m above sea level and up due to nesting and hatching. Special care should also therefor be shown over the whole island at all times to preserve and respect the nature and wildlife.

🚮There are no trash cans or trash collection on the island. All trash must be brought back with you when you leave.

🚢Fugløya is accessible by commercial boat (see links to timetables below). For this crag the pier at Sørfugløya is the closest. From here it's a bit more than 1 km to the community house and the first boulder.

All the walk-in times are estimated from the community house, which is the western most house of the villagen ear the beach. And this is the campsite used for the yearly climbing festival.
