Description

Senatsberget has mostly fast-drying and slightly overhanging routes on good rock quality. The crag is south-facing, which means it can get warm and nice in the summer. On top of the cliff, close to the main approach-trail, there is a fireplace and a wind shelter with beautiful views over the sea close by. The terrain below the crag is quite rough, so watch your steps when walking on the rocks.

The main parking fits a lot of cars, while there is very limited space, where the shorter approach starts.

History

Niklas Hollsten started the work in 2016 by getting the access-work done and doing the first ascent of Ön-wall, the island. In 2025 Perttu Ollila continued by establishing many routes at the Berget-wall in a short time-period, with Kristian helping him out.
