Description

Milchstraße is a small side crag to the main area Schleierwasserfall. With a distinctive roof and very cool lines the few blocks close to the main crag are certainly worth a visit.

Schleierwasserfall - Milchstraße

The area is access sensitive!

Access:

Park your car at the parking Schleierwasserfall Milchstraße and follow the road into the valley. Walk until to cross the little stream that comes from the Schleier waterfall. Schleier means veil, which is exactly what the waterfall looks like when it’s being scattered by the wind. Right after you crossed the little creek turn right into the meadow – opposed to other crags this is the only meadow that can be crossed by boulderers – and follow the path into the crag. After the meadow you can perhaps already see the blocks and the distinctive roof, that gives the crag its name.

Important notes

Dogs: Dogs are not allowed as the crag is very close to a cow meadow.

Signal: Mostly good connection. Still, download the map to be sure.
