Description

🧗‍♀️ ⛰ Sardi di Cuore is one of the easiest and shadiest crags in Cala Gonone, which makes it a perfect destination for climbing on long summer afternoons. It isn't the biggest sector, but it has a decent number of routes that deserve more than one visit. The difficulty of the routes goes like a gradient from left to right, starting from 5a and up to 6b. What many climbers consider a winning point of Sardi di Cuore is the length of the routes, the central ones are as high as 35 meters, of pure rock and consistent difficulty.

🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️APPROACH
The approach is very straightforward, on a quiet panoramic road, but quite long... From Cala Gonone take the road to "Passo di Littu" which leads to other crags such as Arcadio, and park at the beginning of the dirt track above the sea. Walk 2,3 km until you reach the crag "El Chorro" (well visible on top of the road). Sardi di Cuore is hiding on your left-hand side 😉

History

Sardi di Cuore is one of the many presents that Louis Piguet gave to the climbing community in Cala Gonone. It is a project created on purpose for beginners, with easy and well-bolted routes.
