Either by bus or car, get to Goksøyr on Runde island. 200m after (North of) the bus stop 'Goksøyr Ytre,' take the lane left just behind house number 73. Continue upwards and right, following marked signposts for Runde Fyr. Between the Lighthouse and the DNT hut, turn right until you reach the mainwall (this map may not be accurate). All sectors are nearby and connected.
