Access is sensitive!
Rowtor Rocks lies very close to the village of Birchover. It's a unique but sensitive venue. The area is popular with walkers exploring the caves and carvings, and can become busy at times. If conditions are crowded, it’s worth considering nearby alternatives such as Robin Hood’s Stride or Stanton Moor. Those climbing here should take care to keep noise to a minimum out of respect for local resident
