A strange phenomenon of Dakota Sandstone Concretions buried for and eons and later exposed by the constant winds of the Great Plains. Same quality of stone at Joes Valley Dakota Sandstone, just out in the middle of a field in Kansas. The stone is worth seeing and touching if you are passing through.. Climbing... its there but don't forget, you're still in Kansas.
