No special access issues
Rapionvuori is situated on the shore of Luonteri, near the city of Mikkeli. Kuopion kiipeilyseura has established good co-operation with the land owner. Please act politely! Take your trash and all other trash with you!
The walk-in is shortest from "yläparkki". Walk back on the road you came for about 150m and turn right on to the path in to the woods when you see it. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the cliff.
During spring Ravens (korppi, Corvus corax) is known to nest on the cliff. If you see a raven nesting here or somewhere else, please climb other routes.
For camping there is a very cool beach nearby. Karihiekka is situated just a few kilometers north from the cliff and has excelent camping, swimming and even a "telttasauna". The telttasauna is situated a few hundred meters to the right of the main beach area.
Have fun and remember to take everything you bring with you and under any circumstance do not make a fire at/or nearby the cliff!
