First one or two bolts seem to be chopped, and then after the anchor on the middle of the wall (about 12 meters up) the bolts are screwed off leaving only screws? I have no idea what has happened here, but the bolts that are still there look great

Bolting is not great but seems to be the safest option compared to the routes n'est to that line.
