Grande e bella parete verticale che offre una buona scelta di tiri tra il 6a+ e il 7b su ottimo gneiss. Presenti anche una manciata di tiri di ottavo grado. Arrampicata generalmente tecnica a tacche, di difficile lettura, anche se non mancano sezioni su estetiche lame. Necessaria corda da 80 metri se si vogliono fare gli L2. Spit alle volte un po' troppo alti sopra alle cenge che si incontrano su alcuni tiri, prestare attenzione. Per il resto, chiodatura mediamente buona. "Pandemica" e "forza virale", decisamente più atletici e di forza, offrono una divertente alternativa allo stile verticale del resto della falesia.
La falesia, dopo forti e prolungate piogge, necessita di alcuni giorni per asciugare.
Luogo decisamente piacevole e rilassante, non troppo frequentato, con base comoda, e cascata (aldilà della quale si raggiunge facilmente un altra falesia, "la bidonville") refrigerante all'estrema sinistra; perfetto per l 'estate.

Large and beautiful vertical wall offering a good selection of routes between 6a+ and 7b on excellent gneiss. A handful of 8th-grade routes are also present. Climbing is generally technical on crimps, difficult to read, although there are even sections on aesthetic flakes. An 80-meter rope is necessary if you want to climb the L2 pitches. Spits are sometimes a bit too high above the ledges you encounter on some routes, so pay attention. Otherwise, the bolting is fairly good. "Pandemica" and "forza virale", decidedly more athletic and powerful, offer a fun alternative to the vertical style of the rest of the crag.
The crag needs a few days to dry after heavy and protracted rainfall.
A very pleasant and relaxing place, not too crowded, with a comfortable base and a refreshing waterfall (beyond which you can easily reach another crag, "la bidonville") on the far left; perfect for summer.

Falesia chiodata, con gran lavoro di pulizia e disgaggio, nel 2019 da Maurizio Pellizzon, uno dei più prolifici chiodatori della Val d'Ossola. Nicolò Balducci immediatamente libera "forza virale", e "fiori d'arancio", (tiro che originariamente passava più a destra, usando prese del vicino 6c), valutandoli entrambi 8a. In seguito, Alessandro Sollami rettifica la chiodatura di "fiori d'arancio", rendendo la linea più logica e indipendente. Il tiro verrà poi così ri-liberato da Alberto Bassini nell' estate 2021, con sequenza dritta, senza usare prese comuni col 6c di fianco e lo rivaluta intorno all' 8b. Nel corso della stessa estate, libera anche "stalker flake". I successivi ripetitori trovano un incastro di ginocchio che ne ammorbidisce le difficoltà, ma il tiro rimane indubbiamente uno dei più belli della zona. Nell' estate 2024, Garcia Frigo libera l'ultimo progetto della falesia, valutandolo (probabilmente dopo una massiccia assunzione di LSD), a caso, 8c+.

The crag was bolted by Maurizio Pellizzon, one of the most prolific bolter in the Ossola valley, in 2019, with hard cleaning work. Nicolò Balducci immediately frees "Forza virale" and "Fiori d'arancio" (a route that originally was more to the right, using holds of the nearby 6c), grading both 8a. Later, Alessandro Sollami revises the bolting of "fiori d'arancio", making the line more logical and independent. In 2021 Alberto bassini makes the first ascent of this new version, with a straight sequence that doesn't use shared holds with the adjacent 6c, and he regrades it around 8b. During the same summer, he also frees "stalker flake". Following repeaters find a kneebar that softens the difficulties, but the pitch remains undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in the area. In the summer of 2024, Garcia Frigo frees the last project of the crag, grading it (probably after a massive intake of LSD), randomly, 8c+.
