The area is access sensitive!
Climbing was originally permitted by the landowner years ago, but problems may occur if there’s any littering, yelling, or damage to nature. Also the landowner of the “parking area" was ok with the current arrangement in 2025, but please be very mindful when parking and read the parking beta carefully. The potential bouldering face close to the parking area and the separate block later should be left untouched, since there have been complaints from residents in the past.
PARKING
The nearest parking along Lokontie (max 4 cars):
Park primarily along Lokontie, where there’s obvious space on the "right-hand side" for two cars (please make sure both will fit). If those spots are taken, there’s room for a couple more cars just after, on the opposite side of the road. However, please make sure to park tightly in the widest section possible, so you don’t even remotely block the passage of tractors or other vehicles. Technically, you could fit many cars here, but let’s not do that — it’s better to reduce any potential distraction!
Swimming spot parking
If the aforementioned parking area already has the maximum of 4 cars, please use this spot, since it has enough space for many cars. In this case, you might want to consider taking a shortcut to the cliff, but please don’t walk on private property or close to yards.
GETTING THERE (Instructions from Lokontie parking):
Once you’re at the parking spot, walk along Lokontie for about 200 meters and then head right to access the field.
Go left and follow the very left side of the field, eventually entering the forest on your left to reach the cliff.
Depending on the season, the field might be a bit "overgrown". In that case, you can also head to the right from Lokontie a little further along and walk closer to the trees and steep terrain — you’ll eventually find a path. There’s also a fairly direct route through the forest that leads to the top of the cliff, but getting a bit lost is quite likely.
