⛰️Poggio dell’Allodola is a beautiful crag featuring very compact limestone, with routes suitable for a wide range of abilities. The grades generally range from 4th to 8th grade, offering climbs for both beginners and advanced climbers.

The climbing is mainly technical, on compact limestone, where precise footwork is essential. Routes are typically 8 to 25 metres long. The bolting is good, and the base of the crag is comfortable, making it suitable for long climbing sessions.

The approach takes about 10 minutes for the lower sectors and around 20 minutes for the upper sectors. The east-facing exposure provides pleasant morning sun.
Climbing is predominantly vertical, with some slightly overhanging sections; the slab sector is particularly well suited to beginners.

⛰️Poggio dell’Allodola è una bellissima falesia caratterizzata da un calcare estremamente compatto, con linee adatte a un’ampia varietà di livelli. Le difficoltà spaziano indicativamente dal 4° all’8° grado, offrendo itinerari per principianti ed esperti.
L’arrampicata è prevalentemente tecnica, su calcare compatto, dove l’uso dei piedi risulta fondamentale. Le vie si sviluppano generalmente tra 8 e 25 metri. La chiodatura è buona e la base della falesia è comoda, rendendo il settore adatto anche a giornate lunghe di arrampicata.
L’avvicinamento richiede circa 10 minuti per i settori bassi e 20 minuti per quelli alti. L’esposizione a est garantisce sole piacevole al mattino.
L’arrampicata è in gran parte verticale, con alcuni tratti leggermente strapiombanti; il settore delle placche è quello più indicato per chi si avvicina all’arrampicata.

⏪⌚The history of the area begins with Angeloni and Colombo, who equipped the first routes in the lower sector of Poggio dell’Allodola.

Later, in 2023, Bertora and Brunengo significantly developed the upper part of the crag, adding around 30 new routes and also rebolting some existing lines, making a decisive contribution to the overall enhancement of the site.

⏪⌚La storia della zona inizia con Angeloni e Colombo, che attrezzarono i primi tiri nel settore basso di Poggio dell’Allodola.

Successivamente, nel 2023, Bertora e Brunengo hanno sviluppato in modo significativo la parte alta della falesia, aggiungendo circa 30 nuove vie e provvedendo anche alla richiodatura di alcune linee esistenti, contribuendo in maniera determinante alla valorizzazione complessiva del sito.
