🚗 Arrival
From Arco, head toward Trento. Follow the main road for about 2.5 km until the junction for Ceniga. From here, several car parks are available depending on your destination, open the map to find the closest one.
• Ponte Romano car park:
Take the Ceniga exit and drive for 550 m along the main road; the car park is on the right. If it’s full, continue for another 170 m to find an additional car park on the right.
• Dro bridge and Oltra car park:
Continue on the main road for another 1.5 km until you reach the Dro roundabout. Take the last exit, then at the next roundabout, turn left into the town center. Just after the church, turn right and follow the main road over the bridge. The Dro Bridge car park is on the left, just after the bend.
To reach the Oltra car park, continue for about 1 km and turn left at the brown sign “Località Oltra.” At the top of the small hill, pass the Dro Sports Center signboard: two car parks are on the right a few meters ahead.
🚶♂️ Sectors
The multipitches of Anglone are spread along a long rocky belt. Routes on the left are reached via part of the Scaloni via ferrata, while those on the right are accessible via the Alle Cavre via ferrata. Refer to the map for the trail network. Approach and descent details are included in each route description.
• Fattoria degli Struzzi
From the Ponte Romano car park, follow the brown signs for “Ponte Romano.” Cross the bridge and turn right toward Maso Lizzone farmhouse (stay on the flat road). At the farmhouse entrance, keep left and follow the stony wall. Then, take the path on the right marked “San Giovanni” (428). After about 100 m you’ll reach a stony area; continue another 100 m until you see a small stone cairn on the left marking the trail to the crag. Follow this path to reach the sector.
• Pizzeria and Il Galeone:
From the Oltra car park, turn right and follow signs for path 425 (Percorso alle Cavre), marked by the brown “Pineta Dro” sign. After about 50 m, turn right onto an uphill path through an olive grove (signed “425 – San Giovanni al Monte – Percorso alle Cavre”). Continue until you leave the grove and enter the woods.
After 10–15 m, look for a small stone cairn.
– For Pizzeria, turn left and follow the path along the wall until you find a large boulder marked “Heli.” Go behind it and continue 20–30 m to another stone cairn. The trail climbs to a fixed rope leading to the base of the crag.
– For Il Galeone, climb the via ferrata; near the end, traverse left to reach the top of the crag. Rappel down to the base, and use a jumar to return to the trail after climbing.
