Description

Piccola Dallas is a nice crag composed of three sectors: the main sector has very nice routes on vertical wall with a huge amount of small tufas and crimpers. The second one, called Up, is very small with five hard and overhanging routes. Here the climb is powerful and the difficulties are high. Up sector is reported in the second picture of "Piccola Dallas - Main sector" topo. The last sector is Espana, which has routes on beautiful large tufas.
The overall grades are quite hard, from 7a to 8b and harder projects. The routes are well equipped and the crag base, except for the sector Up, is comfortable.

Piccola Dallas is one of the few wall of Arco exposed to North. Despite of this feature, climbing in the hottest weeks of Summer could be difficult.

History

This crag was discovered and mainly bolted by Fabio Leoni, local climber partner of Vertical shop. His idea was to find a nice spot were it was possible to climb also in Summer. In 2013 Geremia Vergoni completed the work by setting up the sector Up.
