If you're coming from the north, take the A3 motorway (Salerno–Reggio Calabria) and exit at Battipaglia. Follow the signs toward Paestum, Agropoli, and Vallo della Lucania, continuing straight until you reach the Poderia exit on the newer stretch of road.
If you're approaching from the south, exit the A3 at Padula–Buonabitacolo and take the expressway in the direction of Sapri. Then follow the fast-flowing road toward Celle di Bulgheria and Palinuro, exiting at Poderia.
Once off at Poderia, take a left at the first roundabout and follow the signs for Palinuro, entering the SS Mingardina. At the end of this road, turn right at the junction onto State Road 562, which connects Marina di Camerota and Palinuro.
Drive past the Trivento service station. After a few kilometers, turn left at a bend in the road near a small roundabout, then immediately turn right, slightly uphill. After a short distance, take a left onto the main dirt road, which leads to a gate. Park in the small open area nearby.
From the parking area, go on foot past the gate and continue along the dirt road until it ends. Follow the trail that initially runs alongside the river toward the sea. After about 50 meters, it climbs left for a short stretch, passing behind the Molpa Castle ruins, and crosses the ridge separating the two beaches.
Once on the beach, it's just a short walk to the base of the crag.
