History
Oppenborgen is a fortification from the Migration Period that consists of two hillforts (bygdeborger) located 50-70 meters apart, only separated by a deep gorge, inside Oppenåsen. The forts are called Ormekula and Slotteberget. The first hill you come to is called Ormekula, while the established bouldering is mainly on Slotteberget. There is also a row of boulders on the other side down towards the gravelpit.
