Öckerö, just like Hönö, has a lot of nice seaside boulders to explore!
There's plenty of slabs and vertical walls, together with some overhangs too. The rock is granite rounded by the sea, and the landings vary from very good to rather blocky. When it comes to grades, thanks to the great amount of easy lines, Öckerö is great for beginners or those who just want to climb a lot of easy problems.
As there's barely any shade, Öckerö dries very.
In general the area is suitable to go with kids, and there's a lot of easy problems also for them to try out!
