Start with the right hand on the low sloper, with the left hand in the negative volume

Start with your left hand at the beginning of the line (1), with the right hand at the next point of the line. (2)

Start with both hands on the bottom of the "window", go left+up from there, goal is to top out.

Start with your right hand on the sloper, pulling from the left side (it's also possible to crimp it actually, to make it easier) and place your left hand anywhere in the area marked on the picture for the start.
