Megakante

This sector sits on top of Kokkinovrachos, offering a breathtaking view over the entire area. Due to the steepness of the wall, the only way to equip the routes is by abseiling from the top, clipping in quickdraws along the way to stay close to the rock. The four lines on the overhanging face are all five-star routes, featuring incredible rock quality in one of the most stunning settings imaginable.

The German trio Althof, Berg, and Schreiber equipped the sector in 2016. After consulting with the original bolter of the line Megakante, Veit, I adjusted a few bolts to allow for easier clipping and straightened out the final meters of the route.
