Took a bit to want to trust the kneebar with the most slippery pants of all time. Glad Zak and Amber were pscyhed on the evening sess!

High right foot to start did the trick. Not sure of the grade though. One hard start move then pretty chill once you plug the knee.

Probably height dependent but with knee pad it didn’t feel much harder than v7. Good movement. If you did this without a knee pad/knee bar would probably be closer to the v8/v9 grade that the guide book gives.
