Sit start as for 'Dirty Crack' and when you come out of the roof head left and up over bulge to finish as for 'Titty Twister'.

Sit start deep in central overhanging roof crack. Start matched on slopy jug then head straight up. When you get to the lip head right and traverse across the entire face and top out on far right hand side.
