Description

Originally this crag had about 30 routes, but recently some of them were unbolted to preserve the glacial wells of the "marmitte dei giganti". The wall offers some interesting multy-pitches from fifth to sixth grade on compact grey rock. The climb is mainly technical on vertical wall but there are also some overhangs. Some routes are still projects.

History

The crag is named after the nearby glacial wells of the "marmitte dei giganti". This wells were formed in the neozoic era (70000-10000 years ago) by the glacier which formed also the Alto-Garda valley.
Some routes were unbolted to preserve this area of historical interest.
