Manjus Place is not only the largest boulder sector in Alcaniz but it's also the best campground surrounded by many famous sectors such as El Anfibio, El Bulevar, Peche Melba, La Badina or El Arenal which are partly directly accessible on foot!
🧗♂ The sector Manjus Place itself offers over 400 routes in grades FB 3 to FB 8A+. Most routes are in the FB 6A to FB 7A range which should be interesting for most boulderers. The climbing is very diverse and varied, so you can find vertical low balls with big holds, slabs, high balls, but also beautiful overhangs, roofs and caves! Whether technical climbing on crimps, strong climbing on slopers or dynamic climbing with dynos and jumps - you will find everything at Manjus Place!

🪨 The rock is typical for Alcaniz sandstone in all qualities and colors. The sectors near the river usually offer very good rock quality - but also boulders like Super Mario, Hammocks, Hidden Gem or Sol Invictus offer exceptionally solid rock.

👨👩👧👦 For families with children we recommend:
Fridays Place, Ebis Place, Schwaben Block, Super Mario, Hydraulic Press, Chucks Dojo, Practise Boulder and Sol Invictus. With strollers you can reach very close to these blocks. To Hidden Gem its also possible to go with strollies but might have to leave those 20m away.

Typical for Alcaniz, the sandstone is very brittle after rain, even if it looks dry on the surface, this is very often still wet inside and therefore tends to break very quickly! Shady boulders dry especially slow, sometimes they are still wet after several days. These are among others Hidden Gem, Practise Boulder, all caves, Bonito Del Norte, Upper Wall, Juggling Roof, Broken Wave, The Reef, ...
Please do NOT climb there after rain!
Sleeping: The ONLY possibility for sleeping at Manju's Place is to pay for camping. Please respect the owners by only using the parking area during day and keeping the sector clean.

Manjus Place no sólo es el sector de boulder más grande de Alcañiz, sino que también es el mejor camping rodeado de muchos sectores famosos como El Anfibio, El Bulevar, Peche Melba, La Badina o El Arenal, ¡a los que en parte se puede acceder directamente a pie!
🧗♂ El propio sector Manjus Place ofrece más de 300 rutas en grados FB 3 a FB 8A+. La mayoría de las rutas se encuentran en el rango FB 6A a FB 7A que debería ser interesante para la mayoría de los boulderers. La escalada es muy diversa y variada, por lo que se pueden encontrar bolas bajas verticales con grandes presas, placas, bolas altas, pero también hermosos voladizos, techos y cuevas. Tanto si se trata de escalada técnica en desplomes, escalada fuerte en pendientes o escalada dinámica con dinamos y saltos, en Manjus Place encontrará de todo.
📡 Descárgate el mapa topográfico antes de salir. La recepción no siempre está disponible en los peñascos.
🪨 La roca es la típica arenisca de Alcañiz en todas sus calidades y colores. Especialmente los sectores cercanos al río suelen ofrecer una roca de muy buena calidad - pero también cantos rodados como Super Mario, Hammocks, Hidden Gem o Sol Invictus ofrecen roca excepcionalmente sólida.

Típico de Alcañiz, la arenisca es muy quebradiza después de la lluvia, incluso si parece seca en la superficie, a menudo está todavía húmeda en el interior y tiende a romperse muy rápidamente. Especialmente los cantos rodados sombreados se secan muy lentamente, a veces todavía están húmedos después de varios días. Estos son entre otros Hidden Gem, Practise Boulder, todas las cuevas, Bonito Del Norte, Upper Wall, Juggling Roof, Broken Wave, The Reef, ...
¡Por favor, NO escalar allí después de la lluvia!
Dormir: La ÚNICA posibilidad de dormir en Manju's Place es pagar el camping. Se ruega respetar a los propietarios utilizando el área de estacionamiento únicamente durante el día y manteniendo limpio el sector.
