The rock faces located just south of Bressanone overlooking the valley making it a very recognizable feature in the area.
This crag was first opened a few decades ago making this one of the oldest crags in South Tyrol.
The rock here made of Slate(Phyllite) takes a little bit of getting used but it has its own kind of charm.
You can park your car by the Mahr restaurant, from there follow the marked trail along the apple orchard. Make sure not to cross the field on the right as its a private property.
Sectors B and C:
Access to sector B and C is done through a tricky via ferrata so prepare accordingly. If you follow the bottom of sector A to the right you will find the start of the ferrata.
As always leave take all litter with you and leave the place as you found it.
