Under the steep face make a move from the break to the lip then traverse to the left arete and up.

Starting on the leaning right arete gain the top and traverse to the right arete and up.

The Barden Fell Crags are Grouse Moorland and owned by The Duke of Devonshire (The Bolton Abbey Estate) this includes; Simon's Seat, Lord's Seat, Hen Stones, Earl's Seat and North Nab.
Grouse shooting usually occurs between 12th August and Late December (Never on a Sunday).
