Description

Nembia:
Nembia is a vertical wall close to the road towards Nembia lake. The climbing here is very technical and the few routes are quite hard for their grade.
The crag base is comfortable but it is recommended to use the helmet cause some rocks could fall from above.
The crag is rarely frequented but reserves many surprises.

Do not forget to visit the lake and try to enjoy a fishing session!

Lago di Nembia:
Lago di Nembia is a nice crag close to the lake of Nembia. The routes goes from 6a to 8a and are mainly technical with some slightly overhanging sections. On the right there are short and hard multi-pitches (rappel down is required to come back to the base). The base of the crag and the equipment are ok.

The location of the crag is beautiful, quiet and with a nice overview over the lake. Just before the crag there are nice pic-nic areas, playgrounds for children and also a bouldering spot. Take the crash pad with you!

History

Nembia:
Nembia was discovered and bolted in the 80s by Roberto Bassi, Rolando Larcher and Di Marino’s brothers. The last works were faced up by Francesco Cavallaro and Simone Elmi.

Lago di Nembia:
The crag was equipped by Danilo Bonvecchio, Simone Elmi, S. Bordoni, R. Pedrotti and R. Maurina, but still has a lot of hidden potential.
