⛰️The crag is located in an ancient Roman quarry, at the foot of the mountains above S. Maria Capua Vetere. Although the environment is not particularly remarkable from a naturalistic point of view, it still offers a break from the chaos of the city, being elevated and surrounded by olive groves. The rock is limestone, and the presence of tufas and micro tufas gives the climbing a distinctive style, different from other crags. The ground at the base of the crag is quite steep in some areas, made up of rock fragments that make it particularly unstable. It is recommended to wear a helmet both for climbers and belayers.
Thanks to its south-facing exposure, the crag is perfect for sunny winter days. Additionally, its proximity to the city and the quick approach make it an excellent choice for short climbing sessions without the need to dedicate a full day.
The difficulty of the routes ranges from 6a to 7b+, offering climbing opportunities for both experienced climbers and those with less experience.

⛰️La falesia è situata in una vecchia cava romana, ai piedi delle montagne sopra S. Maria Capua Vetere. Nonostante l'ambiente non sia eccezionale dal punto di vista naturalistico, si può comunque godere del distacco dal caos della città, trovandosi in posizione sopraelevata e circondata da campi di ulivi. La roccia è calcarea e la presenza di canne e micro canne conferisce uno stile di arrampicata caratteristico, diverso dalle altre falesie. Il terreno ai piedi della falesia è abbastanza ripido in alcuni punti, composto da frammenti di roccia che lo rendono particolarmente franoso. È consigliato l'uso del casco sia per chi scala che per chi assicura.
Grazie all'esposizione a sud, la falesia è perfetta per le giornate di sole invernali. Inoltre, la vicinanza alla città e l'avvicinamento veloce la rendono un'ottima scelta per sessioni rapide di arrampicata, senza la necessità di dedicare un'intera giornata.
Il grado delle vie varia dal 6a al 7b+, offrendo opportunità di arrampicata sia per scalatori esperti che per chi ha meno esperienza.
