The area is access sensitive!
From the parking head NE next to the road until you can go down to the river. Cross the river and keep going NE until you find the trail going straight up to the cliff. 25' approach.
Climbing is not allowed nor forbidden in the national park, it's a gray area. Respect nature, don't go off the trail, and take your trash home
