No special access issues
Approximately 200m before reaching the village of La Morera de Montsant on the TV-7021, turn left onto a narrow road (signposted L’Escaladei) and follow this for 4.5km to the village of L’Escaladei. On entering the village immediately turn right following signs for La Cartoixa. After 1km the road passes a large and impressive ruined monastery of La Cartoixa (currently undergoing renovations) where it turns into unsurfaced track. After approximately 300m there is a junction, with a Benvinguts (“Welcome”) signpost: turn left here. At the next junction, approximately 1.5km further on, again take the left fork, signposted Cabacés 9.6km. Continue driving along the track to a point approximately 6km from La Cartoixa. The last couple of kilometres descend into a valley and pass a large old house with vineyards on the left. The parking area (P1) is situated on a bend about 150m after the house, by several signposts, one of which is for Grau de l’Enderrocada. On foot, walk up a track behind the signposts for 80m then turn left onto a well-marked path heading uphill towards the cliffs. Just before reaching the first rock-bands turn right and follow a vague trail contouring across the hillside then leading up to the first routes at the left-hand end of the sector (15 minutes from P1).
