Kiekkukivi is a nice single boulder up on a little hill just beside the road. Being on top of a hill it dries relatively quickly, but still it might not be the first dry boulder around. Problems are mainly built around small holds, crimps and slopers, but some of them are quite pleasant climbing.
Landings are mainly good and the surroundings are nice, despite the road just beside it. Luckily there isn't too much traffic on the road, so it is rather calm place for a boulderer to spend a session or two :)

Kiekkukivi was scouted by Tuukka & Kimmo in 2015. On their way to another destination their eyes were set on a potential looking boulder up on a little hill just by the road while driving by it. After an unsuccessful scouting in the snowy forests of Pirttikoski they drove back home and thought that that they'd better go and check that little boulder they saw earlier that day. And luckily it turned out to be a nice little boulder!
They came back soon after when the snow and ice had (mostly) melted away and the first problems were climbed there, including "Arktiset Olosuhteet" and "The Misunderstanding". Soon to be followed by a few more easier ones while having a session with more friends.
A little later Tuukka came back for his main intrest of the block "Heureka" and all but one problem were climbed. That one remaining was "Kiekun Muna", a superb, true mini-problem that Sami FA'd while having a session at the boulder.
