No special access issues
You normally shouldn't receive any complaints about climbing here. Even though it's tolerated that you climb the wall. I don't have any special permissions , so climb here at your own risk.
Make sure to keep the area clean and clean the chalk marks of the wall when you leave so it's possiblefor everyone to keep on climbing there without any complaints.
