No special access issues
When parking, remember to leave unobstructed way for local habitants and agricultural machinery.
Do not litter! Making fire is allowed only with a permit! When walking to boulder, at first the forest is quite bad for the first 100m or so.. try to find forest machinery tracks and follow them by the guidance from approach path. Finally go across a small forest hill / or round it from right and you should see the boulder.
