No special access issues
Karsjö is located west of Strömby - 40 minutes south west of Kalmar and just 15 minutes from Påryd.
🚘 Kalmar - drive E22 south west in the direction of Malmö/Karlskrona. After about 11 km take the exit towards Påryd/Tvärskog, take the third exit in the roundabout towards Påryd and follow road 520 until you reach Påryd.
🚘 Påryd - drive through Påryd and take a left turn towards Torsås. In the next intersection turn left towards Strömby. After 6 kilometers when you reach Strömby, turn right in the intersection. After ~3.7 km you reach the boulder.
🅿️ 🚶♀️There are two parking spots marked on the map. You can either park at the beginning of the forest road and then walk the 250 meters to the boulder. Or you continue on the small forest road 350 meters for a small parking spot on the side of the road (don't block the road) and walk back. The boulder can be seen in the forest 10 meters north of the road.

• Follow "Allemansrätten".
• Be very careful to not hurt tree plants or other sensitive vegetation.
• Drive carefully and park where you don't block access for other vehicles.
• Do not litter.
• Keep a low profile.
• Remove tick marks and excessive chalk from holds.
• Be observant of any hunting in the area. If there is hunting going on then do not climb. Avoid the area during the first week(s) of elk hunting season which starts October 8.
