Description

Huge boulder (one of the boldest blocks in Turku area) with high class rock quality on the routes that are very unique. You can find hard and high topouts as well slabs as the over hanging problems. Some of the high balls are over 5m.

Grades are mostly 6a-7b. Couple of a way harder lines waiting for an ascend.
There is also smaller block in the crag where you can find problems from 5 to 6C

From the topo you can see hard open projects that haven't seen an ascent. Feel free to try them.

History

Block is found in spring 2020 by Joni Järviö.
And as it seems in first sight, there were routes side by side.

First route in it is Plant based, ascented by Joni Järviö. Second route on the block is an variation of Plant based that turns on left and its bit harder. Ascented by Ossi Päivänsäde.
First grade 7 route is from Samuli Lehesaari and its called Ass splitter. Name comes from sharp border stone thats almost under the topout.

The block is mostly on in the land of "town" but some of it is on a private property. Land owner has given permission to Kruxi ry climbers. So if he visits at the block and asks that who you are, tell him that youre a part of the sport club kruxi. Aka lounais-suomen kiipeilykerho.
