No special access issues
🚗 "Hundshyltan - Långa kärr" is a 30 minutes drive south west of Kalmar via Påryd (total 37 km from Kalmar, 7 km from Påryd). From Kalmar take E22 south west in the direction of Malmö/Karlskrona. After about 11 km take the exit towards Påryd/Tvärskog, take the third exit in the roundabout towards Påryd and follow road 520 until you reach Påryd.
In Påryd take a left turn towards Gullabo. Continue towards Gullabo for 7 km. Just after Hundshyltan there is a small forest road on your left when the clear-cut on both sides starts. Turn to this road and follow it for ~900 meters where the first suitable 🅿️ parking spot is at a crossroads (try to not block the road). It is also possible to continue another 200 meters south and park at a turning point.
🚶From the first parking you can either walk back some before turning south-west into the woods and follow a faint path or just walk south-west straight through the forest from the parking. From the seconds parking you can see a boulder in the woods 100 meters to the west.

• Follow "Allemansrätten".
• Be very careful to not hurt tree plants or other sensitive vegetation.
• Drive carefully and park where you don't block access for other vehicles.
• Do not litter.
• Keep a low profile.
• Remove tick marks and excessive chalk on holds.
• Be observant of any hunting in the area. If there is hunting going on then do not climb. Avoid the area during the first weeks of elk hunting season which starts October 8.
