No special access issues
Drive to the parking area. It’s payed parking. Follow the trails until you get to the beach area. When it’s low water you can walk to “Hoøya” with your shoes on. Follow the trails until you reach some small houses. Follow the left trails and you will see the rocks/cliffs on your right hand.
