🌍 This crag is a long low cliff wall facing west situated in the hills a short walk above Ausvika. The wall is vertical to slightly overhanging making for technical climbing. The wall is a bit to tall for the boulders to top out so all of them end on the last hold and drop off. Some routes could be extended a bit if one wishes. Besides the noted lines here, many eliminations and variations have been done. So try playing around for yourself.
🧗♀️⛰Many of the routes climbes quite well and it is recommended to try this crag out even if drop off tops are not your cup of tea. The rock quality is mediocre but allright on most routes but some routes especially on the lower wall is quite chossy and brittle. Do your own assesment before atempting them. Seepage affect some of the lines for many days after rain.
The landings are good and 1 big pad will do on most routes.
👶It´s not a good place to bring small kids as the ground slants/drops down quite close to the wall. But kids from ~5 to 6 years and up will be able to handle themselfs.
There is a public toilet at the parking.
